
Stratus Advisory Group Refund Policy
Effective Date: November 11, 2025
At Stratus Advisory Group (“Stratus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we provide operational guidance and business services through consultations, packages, and partnerships.
Free Consultations
No payment is required for free consultations. Payment information collected is for booking purposes only and will not be charged unless a paid service is selected. Refunds are not applicable for free consultations.
Paid Services and Packages
For all paid services, including consultations, packages, or partnerships:

Cancellation Notice: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If a service is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or if you do not show up for the appointment, the full payment is non-refundable. Your payment will be retained by Stratus.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered for services that have not yet been delivered and where the cancellation notice meets the required timeframe.

Partial Refunds: For multi-session packages, refunds for unused sessions may be considered only if cancellation notice requirements are met.
