Duration: 8 client-facing hours per month Cost: $1,500 / month Deliverables: • Monthly operational and inventory check-ins • Process efficiency evaluation and updates • Actionable guidance for ongoing improvement • KPI tracking and reporting • Optional add-ons for staff training, supplier optimization, or workflow adjustments Who It’s For: Small to mid-sized businesses seeking consistent, expert support without hiring additional staff. Outcome: Clients maintain optimized workflows, up-to-date inventory systems, and continuous improvement without disruption to daily operations.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy: • Payment: Due at time of booking via website; no deposits required. • Cancellations & Refunds: Full refund if ≥24 hours in advance; non-refundable <24 hours.
